How we do it We know you have many other priorities, so we take care of the whole process. We check through your bills at your office or other place. It typically takes from 30 to 120 minutes. Then, given we already have the advantage of speaking the same language as your suppliers, we are in a position to question their charges and to negotiate directly with them for any reimbursement or adjustment to be put on your monthly invoice. There is no need for you to even get involved. It is all done in good faith and mutual trust, as well, of course, as with total professionalism. Our warranty Payment for our services is based solely on a fixed commission rate. There are no hidden costs of any kind, such as account opening fees or advance payments. If we find no error or case of over-billing in your accounts, there will be absolutely no charge for our services.
